In addition to the TEDxDar Mission, the conference will be framed and divided by sessions. The first of these being "What would Nyerere Do?"

As time goes by, themes will be announced to further frame the talks and topics of TEDxDar. As these themes are announced, these areas will be open for submission of nominations of speakers.

We encourage your active engagement and the public nomination of speakers. All themes may not neccessarily become featured sessions of the program, however they will feature as a characteristic or relation to the established session.

The current themes open for nomination of speakers are:

- Haditihi Zetu: Creating content to narrate our stories
- The In-Between Places
